Our service includes a comprehensive consultation to identify  strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities, a comprehensive report that includes a project plan with  timelines and goals, a cost analysis, and a schedule. We will work hand in hand with you to make sure  you get where you want to be  quickly and  smoothly. That’s how we ensure your success.


Getting to know you – Good topics  include anything related to your company – recent changes to operations, the latest company softball game – or the industry you’re in. General business trends (think national and even international) are great too. Most important is getting to know each member of your sales staff and understanding who they are.


Culture – You can tell a lot about a company by it's culture.. Don’t have one? Yes you do! Culture is everything.  It sets the tone for everything your employees and you do. This is the single biggest opportunity overlooked by business owners. You can't fake it.  You must nurture it every day. 


Staff  profiles – A company is only as strong as its staff. This is a good place to show off who’s occupying the corner offices. We take the time to get to know each member of your staff  that includes what they do, how long they’ve been at it, and what got them to where they are. Everyone is different and you can't coach any two people the same way. Sales isn't a one size fits all business. 


Goals - Where do you want your business to go and how do you get it there? Is your sales staff working at full capacity? Do they have jobs or careers? How do they view themselves? How do they view the company? These are all very important factors in the sales process. 


Challenge and Educate - Once we know and understand you and your staff, we challenge them to get to the next level and educate them on how to get there. There is no magic bullet or short cut.  There's no pre packaged program.  It's time intensive one-on-one and group coaching based on YOUR staff as  individuals.

Terry Bross has more than 20 years experience in the Sales Industry, holding Senior Executive positions in various companies. He has developed, trained and managed sales teams in high impact industries, always surpassing forecasts and goals. Terry has developed a proven, comprehensive program for getting that YES! He is a big believer in coaching and training individuals based on their personality, strengths and weaknesses.  Terry has immersed himself in the business of bringing sales excellence to companies that are looking to grow their business with their current staff, and has proven time and again how to get higher close ratios.
