Culture – You can tell a lot about a company by it's culture.. Don’t have one? Yes you do! Culture is everything. It sets the tone for everything your employees and you do. This is the single biggest opportunity overlooked by business owners. You can't fake it. You must nurture it every day.
Staff profiles – A company is only as strong as its staff. This is a good place to show off who’s occupying the corner offices. We take the time to get to know each member of your staff that includes what they do, how long they’ve been at it, and what got them to where they are. Everyone is different and you can't coach any two people the same way. Sales isn't a one size fits all business.
Goals - Where do you want your business to go and how do you get it there? Is your sales staff working at full capacity? Do they have jobs or careers? How do they view themselves? How do they view the company? These are all very important factors in the sales process.
